CoreGenic Construction carried out diamond drilling and bursting on site.
This particular problem was overcome by CoreGenic Construction as we had to remove a slab but couldn't use percussive tools as the building in the background was listed and not very safe and every time we used a pecker, bits kept falling off.  CoreGenic Construction decided to use bursters which cracked the slab and kept all impacts down to a minimum.

Panda Facilities Management
Refurbishment of underground drainage to PartCo Building Derby.
The underground drainage to our unit had collapsed and our sewage system was backing up.  CoreGenic were recommended to us to carry out the works.  They found out that the collapse was underneath the building by using equipment that they brought with them.  They cut our slab open, bunged up the sewer from the nearest manhole so that they could work.  Within hours, they had exposed the collapse, installed new, backfilled, tested and put in a new slab.  There was no mess, the guys were great as they kept us up to speed with everything that was going on and they barriered themselves off and stayed out of our way so that our business could carry on as normal.

Thanks
